Ki Ka Ku 欢喜喜板

明天是十五,心血來潮,找來喜板食譜,弄了兩种喜板:紅色 & 原色 + pandan flavor.

感覺欢喜,所以就称为:欢喜喜板

150g all purpose flour (sifted)
120g glutinous flour (sifted)
70g castor sugar
220ml water
1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 drops red food colouring (optional, or any color u like)
1 tbsp vegetable oil (i used virgin coconut oil)
banana leaf (i used baking paper)
Mix ingredients 1,2,3,4,5,6 till smooth +i used hand)
Add in oil, mix well.
Scoop a table spoon of batter, drop it on the banana leaf.
Slightly press down, adjust to round shape
Set it aside to rise for 30 minutes or more.
Steam at hot boiling water for 15 minutes

Notes:
for slightly better texture, replace 150g all purpose flour with 120g all purpose + 30g rice flour
