Japanese Yakigashi 日式燒果子



❝ Super cute❣ 好可愛哦 ❣ ❞

是的,我自己也覺得cute. 只是几個簡單的笑臉/哭臉/熊貓臉,也能逗人喜愛,讓人開心。

材料簡單,做法簡單,連裝飾也省下,只需要溶化巧克力畫几畫,that's it :)

為什麼我沒有弄bird/chicken, rabbit, cat? 唉,不是沒有,而是捏好的形,在烘爐裡發到全部圓圓的,當然我的確有弄些圓形的。大概是我捏的不夠好,還是發粉太發了?haha

Recipe:
350g sweetened creamer
350g super fine flour
2 egg yolk
8g baking soda
Some redbean paste


Sift together baking powder + flour


Mix together egg yolk + sweetened milk


Milk+yolk


Yolk mixture + flour mixture


After mixed + simple knead


Cover with cling film, chill for 30minutes 


Wrap redbean as filling 


Preheat oven at 165°, bake for 18-20minutes 






Instead of using coloring, i used melted chocolate to draw the cute faces ^_____^
and some are just simply drizzled with melted chocolate
沒有色素,就用巧克力,溶化了再用牙籤畫上可愛的臉孔囉。。。其他的只是隨意的用沾上巧克力的叉子在上面畫几畫 ^______^

Strawberry Chocolate Souffle Cheesecake (flourless) 草莓巧克力舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕 (無粉)


這是Princess Megan三歲生日蛋糕,名堂是:Strawberry Chocolate Souffle Cheesecake ☞草莓巧克力舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕

Flourless, 無麵粉

No cracks, 無裂痕

No wrinkle, 無皺紋

Color even, 顏色均勻

But, very sweet, hahaha. Think i should have reduced the strawberry chocolate chip. I have seen people using either white chocolate or dark chocolate, guess i'm the first one who try with strawberry chocolate chip? 

時隔那麼久,BB Megan 還是很喜歡 Frozen, 我也是找了很多間bakery shop 才找到一間有賣,1 set rm19.90, 不貴,而且,都蠻大的,我以為小小只的。

Ingredients:
5 eggs, separated 雞蛋,分白黃
200g cream cheese 芝士奶酪
190g strawberry chocolate chip 草莓巧克力粒 (may use other chocolate bar)



Method
preheat oven 170° 預熱烘爐
1) melt cream cheese and chocolate 溶化芝士+巧克力
2) add in egg yolk, mix well 加入蛋黃
3) beat egg white till stiff peak formed 把蛋白打至硬性發泡
4) fold in egg white to yolk mixture in 3 batches 把蛋白以3次加入蛋黃混合物
5) water bath. 170° 15 minutes, 160° 15minutes, off heat, let the cheesecake sit in the oven with door ajar for another 15minutes  水浴法。170°烘15分鐘,160°烘15分鐘,然後關電,讓芝士蛋糕在烘爐裡再坐多15分鐘 (門打開一點) 
6) chill for few hours 冷藏幾小時

As im using lose base tin (8" 模)

Cocoa Ogura Cake 可可相思蛋糕



Been keeping the recipe very long, finally made an ogura cake. 收了那麼久的食譜,終於做了相思蛋糕。

Just like what others comment, this cake is moist and light, but to me, it is very much close to my butterless zebra cake or tiger cake, but its using steam-bake method. 就如其他网友說的,相思蛋糕綿綿密密,但對我來說,這蛋糕很像我的無牛油斑馬蛋糕老虎斑紋蛋糕

Note: after chilled, superb✌
注:冷藏后,非常好吃✌✌✌

Ingredients:
(A)
5 x egg yolk 蛋黃
1 x whole egg 全蛋
60g evaporated milk 淡奶
45g corn oil 玉米油
65g super fine flour
30g cocoa powder
(B)
5 x egg white 蛋白
80g sugar 糖
1/4 tsp cream of tartar 塔塔粉

Method:
1) mix all (A) together, but flour to be mixed last. 把(A) 混合一起,面粉最后才加入
2) beat (B) till soft peak formed 把(B) 打至濕性發泡有彎勾
3) keep 1 tbsp of (A) aside 把1湯匙的(A)留起
4) mix (A)  + (B) 混合
5) use the 1tbsp (A) to draw some preferred design 用留起的一湯匙(A)在蛋糕頂部隨意畫上圖案
6) steam-bake 50minutes 蒸烘50分鐘

Banana Chocolate Chip Softie (cake-like cookie)

Another way not to waste over-riped bananas. Not an ordinary cookie, not a cake, but a cake-like cookie. Mmm... ...又一個處理過熟香蕉的好方法。不是一般的曲奇,不是蛋糕。。。。

The moment i had the first bite, straightaway fell in LOVE with it: the bananay-cake-like cookie. 第一口就愛上它,濃香蕉味,像蛋糕的曲奇餅。

It really put a big smile on my face while seeing my babies (hubby and 2 bb) enjoying the softies and keep nodding their head with a face telling me how satisfied they were.
最開心不過的,就是看到我的3寶,一直吃一直點頭贊好吃

A must-try for banana cake lovers 愛香蕉蛋糕的,一定會愛上這 softie ^______^


Ingredients:
~ 3 small over-riped bananas (may use 1 big banana) 3 小香蕉 或 1 大香蕉
~ 1 1/4 cup flour 麵粉
~ 1/3 cup butter 牛油
~ 1/3 cup sugar 糖
~ 1/3 cup brown sugar 紅糖
~ 1 egg 雞蛋
~ 1 tsp baking powder 發粉
~ 1.5 tsp salt 鹽
~ 1 tsp vanilla essence 香草精
~ 1/2 cup chocolate chips, i mixed 3 types of chocolate chips 巧克力粒,我用3种不同巧克力粒


Method:
1) preheat oven at 190° 預熱烘爐
2) beat sugar and butter till fluffy 把糖和牛油打至鬆散
3) mix in banana, egg, vanilla essence  加入香蕉,雞蛋,香草精,攪拌好
4) mux in (flour + baking powder + salt, all 3 premixed together) 加入面粉,發粉,鹽 (這3种材料預先混合好)
5) stir in chocolate chips 把巧克力粒攪拌進去
6) use tbsp to scoop the batter, drop it onto baking tray (with parchment paper) 用湯匙把麵糰舀成粒狀,放在烘培紙上
7) bake 9 minutes or till edges show golden brown 烘9分鐘或直到邊沿呈金黃色

Butter + sugar 牛油 + 糖 (白,紅)

Mixed in banana + egg + vanilla 混合香蕉,雞蛋,香草精

Mix in (premixed flour + baking powder + salt) 參入預先混合好的粉,發粉,鹽

Scoop over to baking tray 舀粒狀

Bake bake bake

Love the smell 扑鼻的香味

Heart♡Shape Tamagoyaki 心形早餐蛋卷

好累啊。。兩個寶寶都病了,整個星期又拉肚子又嘔吐的,而且bb charlize 拉肚子就像火山爆發那樣可怕。。。弄得我們做爹爹媽咪的筋疲力盡,很累,很忙,最后,我自己終於在昨天病倒了。其實一開始就是bb megan因為跌倒后不停嘔吐,所以進了醫院,醫生診斷她是腦震盪,過后把嘔吐及下泄的細菌傳了給bb charlize, 而且情況更糟,看來要看第二次醫生了 :(
What a tiring week for us, haih, as both bb are sick, been vomitting and diarrhea for almost a week, and i finally wave my white flag due to fever yesterday. It was started from bb megan, admitted hospital due to her falldown on her head and thereafter vomitting horribly. Doctor has done a scan and conclude this as concussion, and she has been observed in hospital for almost 24 hours. But our worries do not stop here, as she continues her vomitting after meals, and she started to have diarrhea. After few days while we notice she is getting better, bb charlize gotten the virus and vomit + diarrhea, which her condition looks much much more serious than bb megan. Not much improvement after seen doc, guess need to see doc again :(

就這樣,這星期沒有時間也沒有閒情弄蛋糕。今天由于bb megan 的胃口已稍為恢復,所以就花點心思,弄了這心形早餐蛋卷,她也欣然吃了"兩顆心" ^__^  Thats the reason why i have no time and no mood for baking this whole week. Since bb megan has shown some improvement on her appetite, i have made these "heart shape tamagoyaki", and happy to see that she has finished "2 hearts" ^__^

Actually these tamagoyaki are very simple to make, preparation is simple too. You just need: ~ 4-5eggs, some chopped carrot, some broccoli florets, and butter 其實這道早餐做法簡單,材料準備也簡單,妳只需要:~ 4-5 粒雞蛋,胡蘿蔔碎,椰菜花,牛油。

For step 3: Roll up the egg from one side to center, leave some egg not to roll up, gently pull the whole egg to the side you had started to roll the egg, pour in yolk mixture to the space you have (since you have pulled the whole egg to the side), and start rolling up again to the center, just repeat

步驟3:把雞蛋從一邊慢慢卷起,卷到中心,還剩一些蛋不用卷起。把整個雞蛋輕輕的拉去剛才開始卷雞蛋的一邊,把蛋黃液倒在空位,然後再慢慢卷起到中心。重複。

After cutting the pieces diagonally, just flip over one of it, and form a ♡ Shape (",)
