Butter Choc Muffin (mini chocolate lava cake)
✾ 120g cooking chocolate
✾ 65g unsalted butter
❀ 2tbsp sugar
❀ 1/2tsp vanilla essence
1) double boil to melt butter + chocolate
2) beat all ❀ till fluffy
3) add in melted ✾
4) add in sifted flour
Preheat oven at 225°c
5) grease muffin tray
6) dust with cocoa powder
7) scoop the mixture into muffin tray holes
8) bake 3 minutes, bring down heat to 215°c, bake for another 2 minutes

阿爹的生日蛋糕 my dad's birthday cake
阿爹的58歲生日。My dad's 58yr old birthday.
第一次做給阿爹的生日蛋糕。First birthday cake for my dad.
5 個草莓圍繞 1個較大的草莓,代表着我們四姐妹和媽媽,時刻守護/仰望着阿爹。5 smaller strawberries surrounding 1 bigger one, representing me, mom and sisters, will always be there for our beloved daddy, no matter what.
蛋糕体做法和這Lemon Pudding Strawberry Cake一樣。中間也
是用草莓醬,上面換走lemon pudding, 用的是黃桃,和沾了apricot glaze 的草莓。蛋糕頂部也掃了一層apricot glaze.
Refer here for recipe of the cake. Instead of using lemon pudding, this time i have used peach slices (cut from peach halves), and strawberries (with apricot glaze). I have used the apricot glaze a layer on the cake top before arranging the peach flower.

Chocolate-vanilla-icecream Bread
Using the same recipe as my 2-Ingredients Strawberry-Icecream Bread, but this time, i used only 1/2cup vanilla icecream with lesser than 1cup of self-raising flour (added 2tbsp chocolate horlicks), also not forget the few chocolate chip on the bread, before sending into oven.
After baked, just sprinkle some milo powder, thats all :)
Overall am satisfied with the outcome by not pouring the whole thing into a loaf tin, but making them like a bun. Texture is abit more cakey compared to lastime, as flour was reduced (suppose to use 1cup, with the ratio of only 1/2cup icecream).
