藍莓軟糕 blueberry soft kuih

自己從來都不喜歡吃的,但老公喜歡,而且每天都看着用不完的糕粉,有點"sien", 所以就隨便的弄了這"藍莓軟糕"囉。。。

很容易啦,如果放了紫色的色素應該會更美囉 (",) 我有啊,也plan了要放,但忘了 ~______~

Ingredients:
150g 糕粉 kou-fun (can find in baking ingredients shop) refer pic
130g 糖 sugar
20g 食油 cooking oil
170g 水 water
60g 冷水 cold water
藍莓醬 blueberry paste

Method:
1) 把水+糖煮溶,待涼 cook water + sugar till sugar dissolved, put aside to cool off
2) 加入食油 add in cooking oil
3) 加入糕粉 (分几次) add in kou-fun, in few batches
4) 加入冷水 add in cold water
5) 在桌面灑上糕粉,用cling paper 蓋好軟糕,用roller pin 壓平 sprinkle some ko-fun on table top, use cling paper to cover the soft kuih, roll it out by using a rolling pin

6) 涂上藍莓醬,卷好,切片,冷藏 spread blueberry paste, roll up, cut into slices, keep in fridge

老公讚好吃喔 hubby loves it woh, haha ^_^
