Backdate posting.
This was the first no-bake cheesecake i made, consider as the first cake i made.
I was having a break after the company i previously worked for "gulung tikar", nothing to do at home besides playing with my two lovely princess, and thats how i picked up my new hobby: cook & bake.
Not a very successful one, as gelatin was not melted properly and formed some lump in the cake. But still my hubby finished this 6" cake happily ^=^
